Doug has been involved in the real estate profession for over 30 years gaining his brokers license in 1980. He is currently the owner and broker-in-charge at Harbins Two where he specializes in pre foreclosure mortgage negotiation representing sellers in both the residential and commercial markets.

Sherry has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate which includes 22 years as a paralegal with a prominent real estate attorney. She also worked as a licensed agent specializing in new home sales in Columbia, SC. Currently, Sherry is responsible for handling all of the short sale documentation for Harbins Two which includes personally assisting clients in collecting, assembling numerous required documents, organizing, submitting and tracking all documents required by the Lenders. Leveraging her expertise in this area smoothes out what is often perceived as a complicated and sometimes frustrating process.

Chuck joined Harbins Two after retiring from a successful career in industry managing a portfolio of research programs valued at over $60M. He is a trained facilitator and negotiator. In this capacity Chuck manages daily operations for the Real Estate division of Harbins Two which includes daily interactions with broker and agent partners for the listing and sales of Short Sale properties.
